What is Wellness Management with TriCore?
Wellness Management is a term used to describe our process in managing your health and performance. We are unique in that this customized process encompasses a complete plan that entails strategies in Fitness, Nutrition, and Recovery.
After meeting for your complimentary Intro Call and Initial Evaluation, a Wellness Management Plan is created based on your Pro Coach’s assessment. When we develop a customized Wellness Management Plan for you, it may include a blend of a membership service, individual consultation appointments, physical therapy, mindset coaching and possibly a blood test(s) based upon your unique needs and goals discussed during the Initial Evaluation process.
What is Personalized Health Coaching?
Personalized Health Coaching is the process of working with clients on a day to day basis to manage their health, wellness, and performance. Coaching items include, fitness, nutrition, stress management, physical recovery, lifestyle and schedule management, sleep, hydration, micronutrient deficiencies, and more!

Can I order specific services without going through the Wellness Management process or getting a Personalized Health Coaching membership?
Yes! For example, you can choose to order a blood test, see our physical therapist, get personal training or have a specific consultation outside on an a la carte basis.
Do you offer in-person personal training or fitness classes?
Of course! Personal training services are available in-home, virtually or at one of our partnered gym locations around Southwest Florida. Our experienced Pro Coaches teach private fitness classes Mon-Sat at different communities around town.
Do you take insurance?
No. We do however accept HSA and FSA funds. Please check with your plan provider to ensure that your funds can be used for wellness services with TriCore. For more info, please see the FAQ question below about HSA and FSA.
How do I use my HSA and FSA benefits?
HSA/FSA
TriCore is registered to accept debit cards for your HSA and FSA!
Remember that if you have an FSA or HSA account, unused funds you’ve contributed may revert back to your employer at the end of the year.
How to use your benefits.
Step #1
Contact your health fund provider to confirm they will accept charges for the services you would like. Tell them you want to be 100% sure that they won’t do a “charge-back” and stick you with the bill.
Step #2
TriCore will then process the charge on your fund card. Save your receipt!
In general here are the eligible services that can be paid for with your HSA and FSA funds. However, confirmation from your fund provider is required.
Laboratory fees for blood tests – A letter of medical necessity from your doctor is not required for lab fees.
The following services do require a letter of medical necessity from your doctor for a specific medical condition, illness, injury or trauma:
- Supplements
- Recovery therapy
- Exercise equipment or programs
- Nutritionist professional expenses
- Physical Therapy
What if I need to cancel an appointment or membership?
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
Please note: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours of the session time are charged 50% of the appointment price. Clients who do not show to the session without prior notification are charged the full appointment price. Thank you for your understanding and respecting our staff’s time.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
Month to month plan, with no commitment. Payment is billed to your credit card or debit card on file. TriCore must be notified of request to cancel BEFORE your next monthly charge within normal business hours for processing.
