TICORE COACH TIERS
TIER 1
These include Personal trainers with 5+ years of experience. These coaches can perform online personal coaching and training as well as fitness classes.
TIER 2
These include Certified Personal trainers and Certified Nutrition Coaches with 5+ years of experience. In addition to the Level 1 services, these coaches can perform functional movement assessments, Employee Wellness and Business solutions, Metabolic Coaching, Meal Planning, lifestyle and recovery consultations.
TIER 3
These include Certified Personal trainers and Certified Nutrition Coaches with 5+ years of experience. These coaches also have at least 1 additional specialized certification or Bachelor’s degree. They can perform all of the services in Levels 1 and 2 as well as develop comprehensive wellness plans directly for clients.
