Testimonials:

What do we expect from an exercise class? Certainly, we expect improved fitness from a well planned and executed program by the instructor, but there can be so much more. Chris provides the โ€œso much moreโ€. In addition to explaining and demonstrating how a particular exercise should be done, he emphasizes safety by giving options for modifying it. Also, he gives examples regarding the relationship to everyday activities, such as walking or getting up from a chair. Pace is very important. Rather than rush from one exercise to the next, he gives us enough time to recover and to avoid burnout, or worse. This encourages us to continue attending classes. Chris is an articulate teacher and is constantly educating us about how the human body works, and what can cause problems. A good example of this is the effect of dehydration. In addition, he relates many life experiences, humorously. To summarize, Chris is an excellent teacher and motivator for class attendees, and a model for instructors.

Overall, my experience with the TriCore app and Coach Chrisโ€™s training program has been game changing. I have shown so much improvement in the weight room and on the field in just two weeks. This has been possible through logging my meals consistently and making sure Iโ€™m pushing myself to be the greatest athlete of my ability. Overall, this app provides me with all the tools I possibly need to succeed as an athlete.
