- Membership includes up to 6 hours of support to be used for Master Program Buildout, client tech support for Trainerize and connected health devices and/or strategy calls with Nic Newell.
- Freedom to Pivot: While we’re confident you’ll value the headspace we provide, we offer a straightforward 30-day exit bridge. If your needs change, just give us 30 days’ written notice.

The Programming Support Coach Membership is your backend engine room. We handle the day-to-day lifting of basic programming, technical concierge for your clients, and platform optimization so you can stay in your “Zone of Genius.”
What We Take Off Your Plate
- Expert Programming Support: We translate your coaching methodology into periodized, high-performance programs within Trainerize. No more losing hours to template building.
- The “White-Glove” Concierge: We act as your internal Trainerize tech support. From onboarding new clients to troubleshooting wearable integrations (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Withings, etc.), we ensure your clients feel supported – taking the monkey off your back.
- Priority Response: When a client has a Trainerize usage question or a Master Program needs an emergency adjustment, you and your clients are at the front of the line. We will make sure your clients get immediate service so you can focus on your business operations.
