Meet Greg Younger

Born and raised in rural Nebraska, I grew up working on the farm at a very early age making me no stranger to hard work. As with any kid from a small country town I found myself enjoying sports such as football and wrestling, so much so that after high school I played 2 years of Division II College Football. After college I continued my love for weightlifting and competition and eventually found myself competitively powerlifting and bodybuilding which has lead me to understand the bodyโ€™s need for strength and attention to detail along with the dietary experience to know what exactly the body needs to perform optimally. So, through playing outside as a child, competing in various sports in my youth and as a teenager, working blue collar jobs an adult, and my 18-year love for the gym and working out, Iโ€™ve turned my familiarity with physical activity into a career of passion as a personal trainer and diet coach working with a wide variety of clients. With a vast knowledge of biomechanics and knowing, in detail, how muscles work individually and collectively, along with the ability to design a diet program to achieve any physical outcome, I have the knowledge and experience to help any individual reach their fitness and lifestyle goal.
