Calvin takes a holistic approach to wellness drawing upon multiple modalities as each individual requires strength training, flexibility / mobility, mind body coordination / awareness & the ability to balance to achieve a healthy pain free body. This applies to everyone, whether pursuing other sports or just with normal day to day activities. My interest stems from recovery from skiing and motocross injuries where I began yoga in 1986 learning how to heal myself. This led to perusing anatomy, neuroscience, functional fitness and meditation practices. Each modality has its benefits allowing for a broad range of applications for each studentโs pursuit of their individual goals. I invite everyone to have a conversation with me to discuss your issues or goals to become the best you can be.
