Mental Wellness Checkpoint

30-minute Check-in meetings with your Mental Wellness Coach. A great way to check in face-to-face on your current plan and progress. This innovative signature service brings the entire wellness team together to collaboratively support client wellness goals. All client coaches will meet to discuss the clients progress, and then the client will meet with thir “Mental Wellness” Coach to discuss upcoming strategies.

Mental Wellness Assessment

A CONFIDENTIAL AND PROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT
A brief assessment which will give us an overall view of your current mental wellness needs. OQ® Measures, an internationally recognized assessment organization will then provide our team with the information we need to match you with the professional that can best optimize your performance.

Functional Movement Assessment

Guidance through 9 fundamental movements. After performing the movements, our Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant will analyze mechanics. Clients will be given a detailed breakdown of any compensations, and a description of why this is happening.

Recovery Therapy

With different techniques in active release, stretching, scraping and rolling, we can help to resolve and release many of the tight and troublesome areas on the body. In these sessions we also use different tools like: TENS Unit, Hypervolt, compression therapy, contrast, cupping, and Graston.

Physical Therapy

TriCore now offers specialized Physical Therapy with as well as Neuromuscular Recovery System Evaluation and Training

The program focuses on core balance of flexibility and strength of the diaphragm, spine, and pelvis to optimize recovery functions including digestion, urinary function, pelvic floor function, immunity, breath, and posture.

Outcomes not only improve recovery functions, but also improve posture and physique with reduction in visceral fat and waistline, and improvement in energy, endurance, and overall functional performance.

Checkpoint Meetings

Checkpoint Meetings are a great way to check in face-to-face and really dive deeper into your current plan and progress. These are used at whatever frequency you feel is needed to stay on track and accountable. They are typically booked every 4-6 weeks.

We can cover anything you need ranging from:

These meetings are great to address multiple concerns all in one sitting and can be done in-person or via zoom!
