Group Nutrition Coaching

Get some direction with your nutrition, learn specific concepts of nutrition and how it applies to fitness, and get ideas for meal prep and planning. We will tackle some of the most common and difficult tasks in nutrition:

  • Education on nutrition hot topics
  • Meal planning
  • Recipes and more!

Minimum 3 people per class. $30 per person. 1-hour class.
Families welcome to reserve the class for themselves!
