Mariah Lewis

Mariah joined the TriCore Team as an FGCU Intern in December of 2021 and brought her personal wellness story with her! Mariah's passion for health and fitness ignited after a two-year weight loss journey resulting in 100 lbs of fat loss! As a result of Mariah’s personal success and desire to help others, she opted to pursue her career as a Certified Personal Trainer for TriCore in August of 2022.

Mariah is expected to graduate FGCU December 2022 with her Bachelors in Communication, with a concentration in Public Relations.

Mariah has “walked the walk”, and is now helping her clients reach their health and wellness goals!"
